Eclipse hangs up and requires a computer restart when I put a debugger line in my javascript. I've posted twice to this forum and never got a reply so I thought I would try one more time before I just trash this IDE and move on to another one. Alerts work so I know my code is being executed but I cannot stop execution to look at variables. This also happens frequently when merely changing between file views you have open in the editor. In either case if you close and restart the ide and try to run an app the server reports port 8080 is being used by another application and if you change the default port, that port is always being used also not matter which number you use. I am using "Eclipse IDE for JavaScript Web Developers" and I have jre 7 installed.
