If I create none an annotated servlet class I got an error:
Relative URI "XMLSchema.dtd"; can not be resolved without a base URI

WTP M5 Eclipse 3.1 Xdoclet 1.2.3
Any comment please

I'd suggest opening bugs in bugzilla when you see problems like this
(bonus points for doing a search to see if it has already been opened).
This one should be fixed now with the latest EMF/XSD download, but if you
continue to see the problem please reopen the bug.
