Content Assist is not Working in RSA 8.0 [message #896767]

I have installed RSA8.0.4 in my Win 7 and content Assist feature is not working right from the begining. I have installed Spring Tool suite IDE as well and its not working there either. So i know its something to do with the system settings. But couldnt fix it. Please answer anyone knows how to fix it.
