I am writing an application that uses Eclipse 4.2 as a target platform.

There are at least two bundles that are in Eclipse, that don't seem to be in any features. They are:
- javax.el
- org.eclipse.equinox.concurrent

Is this working as designed, or is there a packaging error with Eclipse 4.2?

The PDE product editor seems to insist that products be defined via features, so as a work around I created a "fake" feature that includes these two bundles, and now at least PDE will export my product.
Is this what we are expected to do, or is there some better way to do this?
