Hello,

I'm not sure if this is an Eclipse issue, or an Android issue.

When I try to add Android SDK < 4.0.3, I get the following error:

[2012-07-11 15:38:37 - SDK Manager] Failed to fetch URL https colon //dl-ssl.google.com/android/repository/addons_list-1.xml, reason: peer not authenticated

(Same message for "addon_list-6.xml".

I'm guessing that that is why I only have API level 15 available to me.

Any advise / pointers / suggestions will be appreciated...

Answer: It was Eclipse.

My answer came from www.androidforums.com.

The suggestion was to open (run) Eclipse as "Administrator".

I did, and my various API levels are now loading.

Hope this helps someone else.

For the records: Eclipse doesn't need to be run as "Administrator".
When an Android plug-in does goofy things that require admin rights, that business of the Android plug-in, I'd say Smile
