Hi All,

I have imported a project another person developed who has now left and when I attempt to build I am given the following error;

Unable to load annotation processor factory 'MYECLIPSE_WS_TOOLS_HOME/webservices-tools.jar'

Does anyone know how to resolve this please.

Thank you in advance

Alan

The project's Java Build Path appears to be referencing a Variable called MYECLIPSE_WS_TOOLS_HOME. You can try filling it in from the Preferences ->Java->Build Path->Variables preference page, or get MyEclipse as they seemed to have been using that.

Hi,

Thanks for your response.

I attempted to create one using the option Preferences ->Java->Build Path->Variables preference page but that didn't work. I will look into MyEclipse but any other advice will be welcome.

Regards

It all depends on whether and how much this project owes to the
commercial product, MyEclipse, which has some great built-in support for
many things. Getting a MyEclipse installation appears to be the easiest
thing to do. To handle this using just Eclipse can be done, but it may
necessitate you adapting a number of things to the different ways those
problems have been solved by the more "open" community.

Best of luck.
