I'm running 3.x (Indigo) and have been trying to follow the CSS styling example from Kai Todter's talk:

Slides
www.slideshare.net/toedter_k/css-styling-for-eclipse-rcp-3x-and-4x

Webpage
eclipse.dzone.com/articles/css-theming-eclipse-rcp-3x

I've had no luck in getting this even close to working. Following the steps outlined, I initially get an error that something in the Gallery demo cannot be found, and then after all the projects have been imported, I get multiple bundle errors stemming from the fact that certain plug-ins can't be found:

org.w3c.css.sac
org.w3c.dom.svg
org.eclipse.nebula.widgets.gallery

• Are the steps in his talk no longer applicable to using CSS themes on 3.x? Or, is there now a better way?

• If not, how can I fix these issues to get css styling working on 3.x?

Thanks!

Hello Rick,

maybe you could try to follow the steps Kai does mention in this blog post:
www.toedter.com/blog/?p=295

I wonder why you need to use org.eclipse.nebula.widgets.gallery for css styling?

Best regards,

Simon
