No such item "J2EE Web Module" [message #116889] Wed, 06 July 2005 14:14 Go to next message

I'm trying to follow the help instructions that came with eclipse about
how to build a web service. It says to select a J2EE Web Module like this:

Create a Web project
1. Open File -> New -> Other... -> Web -> J2EE Web Module to create a new
flexible project and Web module .

Well, there is no such entry. The only ones I see are these:

CSS
Dynamic Web Project
HTML
JavaScript
JSP
Servlet
Static Web Project

Note that there is a J2EE option at the same lever as Web, but it contains
only these options:

Applicaiton Client Project
Connector Project
J2EE Enterprise Application Project

So, is the help file wrong (and if so, what SHOULD be selected) or is the
wizard broken?

Thanks!

I have the same here, I am using WTP 1.0M5, so I am guessing something has
changed between M4 and M5.

But mine could be different, I am using EJB projects (used to WSAD) and the
tutorial says EJB Module, but mine has EJB Project.

Could be a naming thing.
