context parameters [message #116206] Tue, 05 July 2005 05:35 Go to next message

HI,
Now, that I've installed M5 I wanted to know where is the "correct" place to
put context parameters? Is it still in WebContent/META-INF/context.xml ?

Assuming you mean Tomcat "context" parameters, yes.

Cheers,
Larry

Thanks (again),
I changed the configuration there, but it did not change in .deployables -
why's that? Do I have to explicitly "load" it there or something?

To manually force the ".deployables" to be updated, execute
Project->Clean... and pick the project. Then click OK.

A quick test shows the ".deployables" directory automatically updating
for me. Do you have Project->Build Automatically checked? If so, is
this project new with M5. If from a prior WTP release, try a brand new
project and see if context.xml auto updates under the ".deployables"
directory.

Cheers,
Larry

Wasn't set to build automatically... Thank you.
