war export bug in WTP M5? [message #116048]

Hi,

I just downloaded Eclipse 3.1 and WTP M5 stable build. I started to
encounter a strange behaviour when exporting my web project as a war file.
The problem is that the exports does not always include all the files in
my project. The behaviour seems random. So far, I have found that if I
refresh the project and then close and re-open it, then the export is
successful ~90% of the time. Has anyone else run into this problem?
