P2 Mirroring - Missing metadata [message #115580]

I'm actually trying P2 Repository Mirroring.

I don' have org.eclipse.equinox.p2.tools.MirrorApplication, so I'm using org.eclipse.equinox.p2.artifact.repository.mirrorApplication . I'm using the below command to create the mirror,

eclipse -application org.eclipse.equinox.p2.artifact.repository.mirrorApplication -source file:/C:/AllWP/P2Demo/PrjUpdate-Site/ -destination file:/C:/java/Prj/

This command creates only artifacts.xml, plugins and features in the mirror folder. It doesn't seem to create metadata (content.xml). So it fails, if I specify the mirror link in the Software updates... Appreciate, if someone can point what's wrong?/suggest an alternate solution.
