Install what for PHP debugging? [message #873241]

I am new to Eclipse. In the Install dialog, Available Software, filtered by PHP there are three items to install:

PHP Development Tools (PDT) Runtime Feature
PHP Development Tools (PDT) SDK Feature
PHP Development Tools (PDT) Source Feature

I write PHP code on my local machine (win 7 iis) and want a debugger. What are the differences between the three different installs?
