Is there a way to not deploy contents of the .svn directories? I'm not using
subclipse but the source and web files directories are under source control
(I put only these under source management and that is what I use to
interoperate between netbeans, please don't snob this question because of
this ;).

The question should be, does deployment respect the "derived" flag on
resources? If the .svn folder is "derived" and is being deployed, that's
a bug in WTP.

If the "derived" flag is not set on the .svn folder then that is a bug
in subclipse and not WTP.

I think part of the problem is that Srgjan is *not* using integrated
source control like Subversion. The team support plugin would
normally make those folders hidden to the rest of the plugins.
