While trying to run a simple GUI automated test, I obtained this error :
'IWAT4039E : connection to local host failed', despite that the test is a
simple creation of Java project on the same Eclipse workbench !

2/In case of tests run on localhost we don't need agent controller,The
Integrated Agent Controller (IAC) is a new feature in TPTP workbench which
allows users to profile a Java application locally and to run a TPTP Test
locally without needing the standalone Agent Controller on the local
machine.
