Hi,

I"m looking for the best way for creating new files in the WEB-INF
folder.

Is there a (at least preliminary) API for it?

Or, what is a good stating point for learning form the sources delivered
with the WTP? (e.g. which class is used for crating and manipulating the
web.xml file)
