New inspector feature: Show SWT widget and whether they're disposed [message #10196] Wed, 29 April 2009 14:41 Go to next message

I opened a bug with a new patch that updates the inspector so you can
easily tell if an object is an SWT widget and whether or not the
object has been disposed. I've found this useful when tracking down
memory leaks related to leaking listeners and widget references.

Feedback welcome,
Chris

Hi Chris, cool stuff. Sorry I haven't come around to cheching and
submitting the code. This one changes the icon in the inspector view only,
doesn't it? I'd also like to check wether we can afford to do this
everyhwere the object shows up. Andreas.
