newsgroup. But basically RC1 should contain more bug fixes. You could
probably do a search in the bugzilla system for all the bugs fixed for RC1.

I don't know which WTP plugins specifically require RC1, but whichever WTP
build you pick up, you should use the eclipse base it lists on the download
page.

M7 was last official "milestone" build of eclipse. After that they produce a
serious of "release candidates" which contain fixes for the most important bugs.
They produced 4 or 5 RC's before declaring final 3.1. You'll be able to use our
WTP M5 with 3.1 (with the other of our pre-reqs as listed on our download page).
