dropins/watched folders:

I've successfully installed a new feature with a subfolder in the
dropins folder. The feature works and the subfolder is listed under the
update sites. But the feature is not listed under installed features.

Is that how it supposed to be? I would expect that "Installed features"
shows all features of my running system. Regardless how they are installed.
