Can you see if the Internal Web Browser view allows you to navigate
anywhere (to open the view: Window -> Show View -> Other... -> General >
Internal Web browser)? And if it does not, please log a report with SWT
at
https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Platform&component=SWT .
