SWT Label doesn't show up on Windows NT 4 [message #102978]

I am using Eclipse 3.1, VE 1.1 on Windows NT 4.
The SWT Label widget does not get drawn in VE for soem reason.
All you get is a white box.
Is there some known bug with labels and WM_PRINT on Windows NT?
All other widgets seem to be OK.
