CDT won't install on Indigo [message #820441] Wed, 14 March 2012 02:01
Eclipse UserFriend
I have just installed Indigo (upgrading from Galileo), and cannot install CDT. At first I tried installing everything, but ran into a lot of dependency conflicts. So I backed off and tried just the C/C++ Development Tools, but that fails due to a size computation problem: "Expected format is {timestamp}.profile.gz (or {timestamp}.profile) but was ._1329419720579.profile.gz." A screenshot of the install session is attached.

What might be the source of this problem and how do I get around it?
