Key shortcut to 'Show Annotations' [message #810609]

I am not able to use a key shortcut to enable 'Show Annotations', or for 'Compare with HEAD revision' on the current file. See also my Stack Overflow question:

I can create the shortcut, but it won't do anything.

Same thing happens if I select one of these actions from the 'Ctrl-3' shortcut (sort of an incremental search through all available commands on the platform).

Is this a bug? Is this a bug in EGit, or on the platform? Both actions are extremely useful and would love to have them available as shortcuts.

I confirm this still doesn't work (after almost 3 years). See also my post titled Custom key binding for 'Compare with HEAD Revision' not working

Does someone know if there's a bug for this?

It's bug 359700
There are more key bindings that don't work.
