Hello,

I'm testing the new nightly build N20050616 (W2K, Swing) and I'm unable to
open a Swing visual class. An error message appears: An internal error
occurred during: "Setup Java Visual Editor".

Voila the exception stack trace:

Did you do a -clean first when you started Eclipse?

Also after doing -clean try doing a Project->Clean...->Clean all projects.

this means something is not installed correctly. That method does exist.
Please list the Eclipse, EMF, and GEF builds that you have installed.

How did you install it? Try a fresh clean installation of
Eclipse,EMf,GEF, and VE instead of unzipping onto an existin one.

Hello,

Clean install Eclipse 3.1 RC3 and VE N20050616. Works!

I can assure the previous tests had the correct EMF and GEF versions.
