Hi folks,

the presentation on http://www.eclipse.org/m2m/qvto/doc/M2M-QVTO.pdf
shows a debugger. However, I can not find it in the ganymed release. Is
it included?

Regards,
Steffen

Hi Steffen,

The QVTO debugger is a commercial feature shipped as a part of Borland
Together product. As for now, there are no plans to move it to the open
source. However, there is always a chance to see it open since from time
to time some commercial QVTO features are exposed (such as code
completion in the QVTO editor).

Regards,
Alex.

Hi Alex,

I see. Last time I tried it, I only had the problem that the ganymed
QVTO and the Together one were not compatible, i.e., using a slightly
different version of the syntax. Let's see whether somebody wants to add
a debugger to the open source version in the future :-)

Thanks for the answer,
Steffen

The latest version of Together is compatible, as it's based directly on the
Ganymede release of M2M QVTO.

Best,
Rich
