Hi All,

I have created a master block with the tree and the detailsPart which shows up the sections on selection.
1.There is a scenario where there a 3 items in the tree.
2.I select the first item and 3 sections are shown in the expanded state.
3.Now I change the second section expanded state to collapsed state.
4.Then I select the 2nd item in the tree. All the 3 sections are still expanded. But I want to retain the 2nd section collapsed state on selection because I had changed it to collapsed state in step 3.
Is there a way to do this?
And are there any standard eclipse editors where I can see the master detail block impl to retain the section states?
Thank You.

Regards,
Madhu

Hi Madhu,

This question belongs in the eclipse.platform.rcp newsgroup. I notice
that you posted it there a few weeks ago and didn't get a response, but
I would still suggest that you re-post it there since the master-details
thing doesn't come from swt.
