VE users and developers.

The bad news: The VE team shipped M1 somewhat late; similarly, we are
going to be a bit later then expected with M2. The good news: We're
shipping with more stability, faster performance, and more features.

Revised date: We currently planning to release M2 a week from tomorrow
on Eclipse 3.1 RC1. This will be the last formal release before we go
GA, shortly after Eclipse 3.1 is released.
