Hi,
I'm having an extremely vexing problem using TPTP to profile a java app
(actually tomcat running a webapp). After I make a few requests to the
server, TPTP stops receiving new data (the little counter in the status
bar doesn't go up anymore). At this point, tomcat also starts running
very, very slowly - it will often take many minutes for it to return a
page from a request. Does anyone have any idea why this is happening?
It is difficult for me to profile a webapp when I can only load a couple
pages before it dies!

The server and test machine are both SUSE linux (uname -r:
2.6.11.4-21.14-smp). My eclipse is updated to the latest version.
Server is tomcat 5.0.28.
