Hi,

Just out of curiosity, why are now RAP builds only available for 3.4? I
have a whole environment around Equinox 3.3 and I don't want to upgrade,
even though I want to upgrade RAP :)

Thanks.

Tiago

Tiago,

since the adoption of the 3.4 Workbench, we rely on having Equinox
3.4 underneath.
Also offering an Equinox-3.3-based RAP would have meant to maintain
the existing 3.3 Workbench adoption as well.
We found that this would block too much of our resources that could
otherwise do more useful things.

Which problems do you expect when migrating to Equinox 3.4?

Cheers,
Rüdiger

Hi,

I've done some preliminary tests with 3.4 and I'm having some problems
with the useradmin bundle that haven't had the time to investigate further.

My first question was realy due to the fact that I've built RAP CVS
(from RC2) against 3.3 platform and it worked fine, so I was just wondering.

Anyway we intent to move to 3.4 so this was really just a matter of
curiosity.

Thanks again for your time.

Tiago
