Hi,

I have an IP camera attached to my network hub.

I can access static images from the camera by typing in a specific IP address into my browser. What I would like to do is 'connect' to this IP camera in much the same way as connecting a mobile device. I would like to 'see' the files on this IP camera device and develop for it. Is Eclipse the way to go?
