In Eclipse, the files are sorted in the order of periods following underscores, but github sorts them with periods first. So files in Eclipse are ordered like this:

file_two.php
file.php

In github and Windows, files are sorted as file.php then file_two.php. The latter looks more accurate to me.

I'm not finding any info on why Eclipse sorts these backwards or how to change it. Is this a bug or a setting I need to change?
