Is there a way to install WebSphere MQ Explorer into an existing install of Eclipse Indigo?

I have been using Eclipse for C++ and Java development and its running SVN source control. WebSphere MQ comes with its own version of Eclipse that has the Explorer built into it, but am I wrong to assume that I should be able to install any workbench into a single Eclipse install? Is there a way to bring the MQ Explorer workbench into my existing Eclipse install?
