"Key" label decoration [message #774264]

I'm having a hard time figuring out what a particular Label Decoration is.

I just installed and am running SVN source control plugin.

The icon in question has a yellow rectangle in the lower right, this indicates that the file is apart of source control, this I understand. However, in the top right, there is a black "key" icon, or maybe a "wrench". If I go into Preferences -> Team -> SVN -> label decorations, there are a bunch of icons listed, but not this particular one so I am assuming it is not apart of the SVN plug-in.

Any help would be appreciated.
