I am a experienced C#, Visual Studio Developer. I am working through tutorials and trying to figure out the Eclipse environment.

I do not see any "Design" view for any of the UI elements wither Web, RIA, or Windows nor do I see a toolbox for dropping controls such as buttons, listboxes, dropdowns, etc.

Any assistance is appreciated.

Have you installed the Window Builder plugin? That provides a GUI
designer for Swing and SWT controlls.

No. is there a tutorial on this? I found a design view for JSP but honestly the control selection was pretty weak, with primarily straight HTML controls.

What type of application are you attempting to write? If it is web
based, look at the Web Tools plugins. If it is a Java client, look at
the Window Builder plugins.
