Virgo Scripts with cygwin support [message #763491]

This is just a suggestion, but many developers will develop on Windows but use a cygwin (www.cygwin.org) shell to emulate working in a Unix environment.
I am one such developer.
I have attached a bin.zip file (from the "bin" directory of the 3.0.2 release) with a few modifications to some of the scripts which allows a cygwin shell user to use the "start.sh" and "shutdown.sh" scripts rather than dos bat files.
I would love to see these modifications integrated with future versions of Virgo so that I do not have to go in a modify them each time I download a new release.

Hi,

Could you please raise an enhancement request here https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/enter_bug.cgi?product=Virgo. Attach the patch to the enhancement.
