Another "First Open" issue [message #762859]

Hello,

I usually noticed some issue with layout first time the workbench is launched (see 344835 as example)

I found another one with wizard dialog.

I have a snippet to reproduce it,

- start attached snippet.scrolling
- double click on one item of the left view
- double click on one item in the opened editor.

In the dialog only the first group (define) is displayed because the height is greater than expected.
If you close the wizard and reopen it, the dialog is displayed as expected. The issue only occurs for the first open of the dialog.

For 344835 I found a workaround, I have not yet for this one. I have tested in RCP and it works as excpected, so I think it is a bug.
Do you have any idea how I can workaround this ?
