No New-Visual Class Menu Item [message #84859]

I downloaded VE-SDK 1.0.2 and put it on top of a working Eclipse 3.0.1.
(incl. JDT 3.0.1). I checked the information under Help - About Eclipse
Platform - Plugin Details and it shows all the entries listed in teh FAQ. I
also read through all the artikles I could find here in the newsgroups and
checked all recommended settings I found there. I also did a
"D:\eclipse\eclipse.exe -clean"

I still don't get the Visual Class Menu Item under "New"

My OS is Win XP Professional.

Does anyone have a clue of what I do wrong? Some help would be greatly
appreciated. Please let me know if you need any additional information.
