Hi,

I'm working on a project to create a plugin similar to the google plugin with a toolbar. Mainly, this toolbar allows to create specific projects (folders and css/js files and others) . The environment should also provide autocomplition of the code.
I have never worked with PDE before, and I would appreciate if someone can show me the steps to follow.
