I have an EditPart which is a container that has sub EditPart inside it
connected as childs EditParts.
when moving the base EditPart all the child EditParts moves with it as
expected, but when i resize it - it seems to be a disconnection between the
base and the childs EditParts, and now a movement of the base EditPart does
not effect the childs.
In that state if I move a child EditPart it seems to be all ok again.

any idea?
