I'm getting black squares for images when I use
PrintGraphicalViewerOperation. I'm printing a figure that has figures
inside it, and these have ImageFigures. The display of the images is fine.
The images are scaling properly in the print, but they're rendered black
squares. I notice that PrinterGraphics is building a cache of new images
that use the printer as the device. My code seems to be interacting with
this cache fine. Any thoughts on what might be causing this?

See thread "printing images" on 2/27. See also bugs 33568 and 28766 on
http://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs. It looks as though this is a known limitation
in SWT as of February. I am not sure if anything has been done about this
recently.
