Eclipse isn't "installed" in the formal Windows sense (which is very
nice). Simply go to eclipse.org, download what you want, then explode it
where you want it.
For Android, I'd advise Helios (3.6) or Galileo (3.5), the Eclipse IDE
for Java Developers (you don't need the JEE stuff). I have no opinion
about Indigo (3.7) as I haven't tried it with ADT, but it works very
well for JEE work.
Your workspaces and projects created with Ganymeade will open in any
Eclipse. The workspaces may be slightly modified when you do that and no
longer usable from Ganymeade (or this may not change anything, but it's
usually a possibility).
When you're done with Ganymeade, just delete the subfolder you put it in
and you're done.
Before deleting, if you want to copy over settings such as preferences,
user libraries, etc., you can do that too. It should work. These are
typically on a per-workspace basis.
Sorry for the chaos of my response. Others may have better advice.
