Sorry to cross post, but this question does apply to both groups.

Does anyone have both the visual editor project and the webtools project
working together?

It seems from reading the eclipse site, that webtools is built against
3.1M5 and the visual editor only works with 3.0.

I'd very much like to be able to use both tools.

Not me. At least not with the same Eclipse version.

VE is for creating GUIs whereas Webtools is for Web and J2EE
applications. Do you really have a project that needs both plugins
within the same project?

I'd suggest you use Eclipse 3.0.1 and Eclipse 3.1M5 next to each other.
This is what I do.

Not me. At least not with the same Eclipse version.

I'd suggest you use Eclipse 3.0.1 and Eclipse 3.1M5 next to each other.
This is what I do.
