A colleague attempted to install Buckminster into Eclipse Indigo SR1 on Windows 64-bit, and got this error:
An error occurred while collecting items to be installed

I'm not sure what this is telling me, or how to proceed from here. Any suggestions? We have had no problems doing the same thing on linux 32 and 64 bit, and on Windows 32-bit.
