Why is drag and drop to open a file not supported???

This works for me: I can drag a file from the OS explorer or the
workspace into the editor area to open it.

Thanks Dani. Yup to open a file in the editor. I have since determined it's only like that on my Kubuntu machine. It must be a GUI integration piece I'm missing.

The problem is coming from the SWT support, that is Eclipse's cross-platform support and from I read on the Internet, they are currently working at a new Modeler version, so this problem would, hopefully, be solved soon.
