Hello,

I've just upgraded to the 8.0.1 release.

But when I check in "Help | About Eclipse" the CDT, I find for 'org.eclipse.cdt' the version number '8.0.0.201109151620'. Confused

I guess, it has been updated, but please can someone ensure me on this?

Regards
Dirk

Yes, we started using a new build system over the summer (Maven/Tycho) and had a lot of trouble getting this release together at all. So yes, we ran out of time and didn't get a chance to go update the version numbers for the features. But this is 8.0.1. The fourth digit is the date which helps provide a clue and allows upgrades to work correctly.

Sorry for the confusion,
Doug.
