[XPand/MWE] Update sites for latest Juno versions [message #728494]

As I could see the versions from the release update sites are matching
the contributions listed in the related *.b3aggrcon files.

So, are the milestones site currently outdated or are the release update
sites the correct location for the latest Juno contributions.

Or are the other update sites I haven't found yet?
