Is there a way to cancel the code assist after it's already been activated? [message #725021] Tue, 13 September 2011 14:29
Eclipse UserFriend
Maybe it's just my bad habit, sometimes i just unconsciously hit the ctrl_space after an equal sign to just get the variable name, but this will freeze Eclipse when the project is huge.
Have done this so many times, now I am more careful to not do this, but occasionally it still happens, and then I have to kill eclipse which will not save the current workspace...

So is there a way to cancel the code assistance or not make it block the UI after it's activated?

Thanks!
