How change Workbench colors [message #724294]

Hi there!
I can change colors in text editor, but I can't change colors in whole eclipse appearance. If I change colors theme in whole operation system, then color of the workbench also changes. Is it possible customize colors in eclipse whithout changing color theme in operational system?
