I am trying to set up my project in tomcat 6 and eclipse helios after getting a new PC. The problem I'm getting is I have a [project name].xml in the localhost folder for tomcat. Every time I run the tomcat server within eclipse, the xml gets written over. My database connection info is in the xml for the development/test environment and it all disappears and then I can not log into my web app. I know this has something to do w/ some settings somewhere for eclipse/tomcat but I've tried everything I can find. At first, the whole xml file was disappearing until I checked the "publish module contexts to separate xml files" box. Now it just writes over the file. How can I stop it from writing over the file? After it writes over the xml, if I put the original back in it's place and re run tomcat, everything is fine. But the next time I go to run tomcat it writes over it again. Any help is appreciated. Thanks.

This question would probably get more attention in the Web Tools (WTP)
