Is it possible to add Custom Validation Service similar to we adding the Possible Value Service, Reference Service etc., ?

Is there any samples that use Custom Validation ?

Yes, you can add custom validation logic by attaching your own implementation of validation service whose results will be merged together with other applicable validation services. See contacts sample IAssistant.Name property.
