I am developing an Eclipse plugin that uses JAX-WS for remote communication. For various reasons, I need to use my own UI for managing logins. This works fine - except for when a login through my method (simply adding HTTP headers) fails, at which point a generic Eclipse "Password Required" window opens. How can I prevent this from happening? (IE, so that I can handle the 401 Unauthorized myself)

Thanks in advance
